Beta Terms & Disclaimer
The terms you agree to when using this early, under-construction release.
LearnToMath is currently an early “beta” (test) release and is still under construction. By creating an account or using the site during this beta, you agree to the terms below. That includes using it without an account — reading a note or taking a test counts as using the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Beta status — provided “as is”
This is a work in progress. Features may be incomplete, may change, or may stop working without notice, and content is still being added and refined. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular content or feature will be available at any given time.
2. Who may use it
Anyone can read the notes and take the tests that are open to everyone, without an account. Some material needs an account or access we give you.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older. Access during the beta is granted at our discretion, is personal to you, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
3. No guarantee of results
LearnToMath is a study aid. We do not guarantee any exam result, rank, selection, or other outcome. Mathematical content may contain errors; always verify anything important against authoritative sources before relying on it.
4. Not affiliated with any exam body
LearnToMath is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IIT, IISc, CSIR, UGC, NTA, or any examination or academic body. Names such as “IIT JAM”, “GATE”, and “CSIR NET” belong to their respective bodies and are used only to describe the exams our material helps you prepare for.
5. Your use of the content
The notes, exams, recorded classes, and other material on the site are provided for your own personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the content or your account access with anyone else. Sharing a link to a note or test page is welcome — the content itself stays on the site.
This applies to recorded class videos in particular: do not download them, do not share or forward their links, and do not re-upload or re-stream them anywhere. A video's link is given to your account personally, and sharing it may end your access to the beta.
6. No payments during the beta
The beta is free. No payment is taken and no online payments are processed during this period. Any access you are given is provided free of charge for testing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnToMath and its owner will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this beta service — including any reliance on its content. You use the beta at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
Because the product is evolving, we may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The service is intended for residents of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
